Hospitalized

iamcasey95:

I was hospitalized

but I was not paralyzed

there’s just an injury in me

that not even my eyes can see

I can feel the pain

but it’s not somewhere in my brain

the x-ray showed bones not broken

for I have not fallen

so I went home, the tears I can’t hide

for I’m not sick, I have lied

my injury can’t be cured by doctor’s art

for what I’ve got is but a broken heart
